Many forms now also give feedback when you click e.g. 'Save'. The button then shows that it is in progress. Especially clear in case of a slow connection. But also for actions that take a bit longer such as uploading a spreatsheet with many persons and/or changes.

The form to send a 'request to register' has been modified so it should be a bit clearer how many people you choose.
