Overview 2024 and New Features for 2025

This past year, Shiftplanner has seen significant development and a growth of 20%. We’ve been achieving this steady growth for over 11 years now!
A quick look at the numbers:
- More than 500 organizations use Inzetrooster daily.
- Alongside 17,000 volunteers, they’ve scheduled over 1.8 million shifts in our system – a record-breaking number!
To support this growth, we’ve upgraded our systems and added more servers. But there’s more: we’ve also listened to your feedback and implemented some major improvements.
New features in 2024:
- Schedule shifts without immediate visibility: You can now plan shifts in advance without them being visible to volunteers right away. This allows you to finalize and adjust the schedule at your own pace before publishing it.
- Easier shift duplication: Quickly copy a shift without having to re-enter the date, time, group, and comments.
- Volunteer signup form: Potential volunteers can now easily sign up via the new signup form and are immediately in the system.
- Downloadable overviews: All individuals and groups can now be downloaded into a spreadsheet, making it easier to see who belongs to which group.
- Enhanced statistics: View the total number of shifts in a specific period at a glance, as well as how many have been filled.
