It happens frequently that our customers ask why it is that the mail arrives in the spam box. Our joint mail reputation plays an important role in ensuring that the e-mail messages end up in the inbox and not in the spam box.  

Tips to increase our mail reputation

  • Encourage recipients to add the sender address to their contacts.
  • Make sure you send only to correct and current email addresses.
  • Don't send messages too often; you run the risk of them being ignored or deleted unread.
