Add shifts to your calendar
You can add your shifts to your calendar by subscribing (add) the link in your calendar.
Via My page and the tab calendar you can copy the link.
There are many calendar applications that allow you to subscribe (add) your shifts from ShiftPlanner to your calendar. They all work pretty much the same. Below are a few examples. Note: It can take up to 1 hour before a change can be seen.
Instructions for:
Google agenda & Android
- Log in to your Google account and go to your calendar
- Go to "Other calendars", and choose "Add via URL" and enter the link of your calendar in the field: "Url of your calendar".
- After a few seconds the calendar appears on the left side of the menu, after that the calendar is activated on your computer.
- To activate the calendar on your phone, do the following:
- Open Google's Calendar app on your phone
- Click on the menu at the top left of your screen Menu
- Check the calendar of 'ShiftPlanner', if you don't see it click on "More".
Note: With the Google Calendar it can sometimes take up to 12 hours before a change can be seen.

Microsoft Outlook Calendar (live)
- Log in your Microsoft account
- Select the calendar
icon at the bottom of the page
- Click in the left menu on 'Import calendar' and choose in the new screen from Internet
- Enter your calendar link in the field: "Create a link to your calendar".
- Give your calendar name and click on 'Import'. Now the calendar appears on the left side of the menu.
Note: With Outlook calendar an update can take more than 24 hours ,
although updates should occur approximately every 6 hours.

iPhone & iPad
- Open the calendar on your iPhone/iPad
- Tab Calendars at the bottom of the screen
- Tab Add Calendar and choose a name for the calendar
- Tab Add Subscription Calendar
- Enter or copy the calendar link in the field: "Server".
- Tab Subscribe
Note: It can sometimes take 1 hour before a change can be seen.
Apple Macbook
- In Calendar, select ‘File’ > ‘New Calendar Subscription’.
- Enter the calendar link as the calendar web address and click ‘Subscribe’.
- Give the calendar a name and choose a colour to identify it.
- Choose ‘iCloud’ from the ‘Location’ menu and click ‘OK’.
