General data protection regulation (GDPR)

Since 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. Organizations providing personal data processing now have more obligations. The emphasis is on the responsibility of organizations to be able to prove that they abide by the law. This requires thorough preparation.
